I saw the show. This is one of the worst motorcycle shows I have ever seen. On the same level with Biker Boyz.

Definitely squid fodder and will make the general public hate us even more. I see bad things coming from this. Watch out for the new laws coming if the powers that be ever see this.
I would be the old, slow guy. Just let me know where you are going and I'll try to get there before you leave.

Verm... the show was great, catch it next week :) It is not squidish at all... it was mostly about stunters, biker clubs, and custom sport bikes. Everyone wore gear in every shot. I think just because the guys in the show don't just sit in the seat and twist a throttle people will call them squids or say it is squidish... now that stunting is becoming more mainstream, and more and more people are getting into it, hopefully before long people won't be scared of seeing people use their motorcycles for more than just getting from one point to another. I think it's cool that street-fighter / custom sport bikes are finally getting some attention.

The one guy who was in the show quite a bit put GSXR front ends on almost every bike he builds because of the quality of the front ends. Check out Corbin's Ride On also... last night's episode had a lot of track testing and I believe your bike was one that they tested... although they didn't mention it. Last month's episode of Motorcyclist had a comparo of 600-700cc sport bikes, in this episode of Corbin's Ride On... they show parts of that comparo/test.

Is this the show i noticed last night....where the one fella was bragging about the bikes being held together with duct tape and bailing wire..... donuts in the middle of the street... stunts....

0.o

Struck me as being redneck meets I-4.

Whatever that one was....yea. squid. Calamari even.

Not my cup-o-tea.
I'd like to see one that covers all bikes, from twin cruisers to Vermesque rockets. Have em kinda like the sunday morning tnt lineup. basic performance mods etc...

course i also like the joy of painting. what do i know? TNT spike.... the man channel whatever the heck theyre calling it this week.

Nearly every shot of riding was dangerous close-quarters and on the edge stuff. I tivo'd it and if you re-watch all the shots slo-mo you'll see arms/wrists brushing mirrors on nearly all lane splits.

I found the footage exciting to watch, and the stories at least held my interest waiting for the next action shots.
