Oh I can say that I will never make that mistake again. I will be sure to fill it up when it gets low.

my bike is EFI, it doesn't have reserve tank. i thought i could make it. :laughing:

I thought it was a good idea to do this a few times to get a feel for the range of the bike. What makes it so dangerous?
i used to run my carburated honda's out all of the time, i knew where the petcock was by feel and switched on the fly as soon as it'd start sputtering. if i was worried about the crazy behind me asspacking me the moment i slowed down, i'd switch it before i ran out and would stop at the nearest gas station.
