DH wears his extra pair of flight boots. They work better than his work wolverines he previously wore.

Actually, some people like pants and jackets like that too :P
you can hide it under your pants.

and it's all black, who cares if there are toe sliders or just remove the toe sliders if you want.

toe sliders are the most sensible part... I've never dragged my pegs... at least I don't think I have... but I've dragged my toes going around corners (left and right) many times.

it doesn't look dumb to me.

i understand non-riders thinking it might be dumb... but if you're rider, you should understand why people wear such boots whenever they ride.

Oh of course, I know, I don't care. I prefer more "normal" looking boots that people won't look at and think look really weird though.

I bought a pair of HD boots, lace up with a zipper on the inside. I can't seem to find the model anywhere on the net, they are called Willy G's.

Seeing as I do all weather riding, the gortex aspect of the boots is what sold me on them...

Too bad they (Setup) don't make a more plain looking boot because they make good equipment. I almost bought a pair of gloves from them but the "glitz" factor cam up again. Even with pants over the boot, the bottom still looks like a specialty shoe.

I have no problem with glitz factor equipment "Harlely or other" for other people but I'm a no glitz guy, unless I have no choice at the moment and must make a buy.

Unless Levi counts as glitz :- >
