I just got it in January... My wifey insisted on getting it for my 50th birthday (which isn't til September), and who am I to argue when she's right...

as for the seat....its like a couch. takes about three consecutive 400 mile days to get uncomfortable, and after that well a real couch would be.

the only reason I commented....was that I would never want white walls...looks like to much work. But when someone like you spends the time...they look awesome.

I am sort of the anti clean HD rider....I bought this bike to ride. Not spend a lot of time cleaning! I know I am weird! That is part of the reason I got a "standard"...no pretty motor for me to clean...I just power wash the bugs off...and dry........

oh she rides plenty too....8000 on her so far this season...and part of that is a trip to tenn and up the blueridgeparkway.

but i do like her to shine

I know I'm not really supposed to be posting in here, but you have to see this Harley Davidson motorcycle I saw on the weekend. There was a group of HD riders heading to Sturgiss. I chatted with the owner of this one.
It is a 1950 and in immaculate condition. We saw them a few times on Saturday. His bike blew an oil line and spewed oil and smoke. They were able to fix it and he kept on going.
