My hair is also down to the middle of my back. I either wear it in a braid, or wear 3-4 hair ties to keep it from snarling. I wear a doo-rag under my helmet and it keeps it relatively neat.

Do it again when you get to work.

I'm in the army so my hair is short, but I usually still wet it down when I get to work just so it looks professional.

I look cool with the cow lick and the middle stuck up and what not....
