all i know is that the aggressive riding position is the best riding position if you want the most manueverability and speed.

less is always better but race tracks aren't all straights so they have to move more on corners.

yep. there's a lot more work involved in corners compared to straights.

I didn't ask whether it was adjustable as that is irrelevant.

Do you think the damper makes it harder to turn the bars or easier?
