I still wreck the younger guys in volleyball though, I guess that can be my cling to my slowly passing youth.
I ran a 4 minute mile (4 minutes 55 seconds) in 8th grade. Last time I ever ran the mile race. I hated that run and still do. Kind of odd considering I ran cross country (avg mile in cross country was 5:40/mile) and in track I ran the 100/200/400/800 meters mostly in the relays but sometimes the individuals. ran a 11.1 100 and 22.9 200 a 52.9 400 and a 2 minute 800 and that was my senior year in high school and I sucked compared to others on my team
