Other people's viewpoints I can deal with, but over the last few years religion has really been irking me. Like I said, I went to a baptist school and it drove me nuts. I think that's where it may have started. Politics don't bother me that much, other people's wars don't bother me that much, but for some reason, a bike like that kind of pulls at me somehow, not in a pleasant way.

i dont care for it. nothing to do with religeon- i wouldnt kile it if they were funny bumper sticker sayings all over- i agree with wohoevere said "overdone"

he tried to hard. i'd be a lot more impressed by a few subtle things than the all out assault on my eyes.

people that flaunt their religion are pathetic.

I'm a Christian, but I hated that bike as soon as I saw it, mainly because the type of people who over do things to this extent always seem to be a bit whacko and make the rest of us sound crazy by association.
Then I went on and read Dichotomous' post and gained a bit of new insight as to why somebody might do this. I still don't care for his bike much, but my original distate for it has been smoothed over.

It looks junky to me. I love old Goldwings, but I think they look best stock or with some accesory upgrades. But I guess if Christianity is something close to your heart, you might see the diamonds in this scrap pile. I'm not offended by the symbols and words. I agree with earlier comments, if you are so worried about what this guy puts on his bike, it is your issue. I also have to comment I have not had Christianity crammed down my throat anywhere I can think of, but that faith (or many different faiths really) are very prevalent, and if you don't believe in the Christian doctrine, I can see it might feel overwhelming. We do very little in this country to level that playing field - you know even Steven - but most here are Christian or claim it anyway. It has been status quo for a long time to stick Christian values and ceremonies all over in this country. I think in reality Muslims, Jews, and even Pagans like me are lucky to be in a country where the main religion doesn't run you out of town on a rail or behead you.

Bikers like to customize their rides in all sorts of ways whether it's artwork, messages like this one or decorating it with Buffalo skin or Texas longhorns.

Some art 'flaunts' all sorts of things I'd rather not see. But their motorcycle; their choice.

I think what this guy did with his motorcycle was pretty cool.

I respect it. Would I ride it? No, it just isnt me.

Its not my style, but if it makes the owner happy, hey enjoy it....

Customization takes many shapes and forms.

if he's happy with it, that's cool. I think it could have been done better with some airbrushing of words on scrolls or some stained glass look instead of the etched plaques, but that's my take.

the religious part of it doesn't bother me at all, just the execution of it /shrug
