Sorry to hear about your bike. Think Lowjack is really worth it? On a bike I can't imagine there would be too many places you can hide it, and the thieves could have it apart pretty quickly.
I hope your insurance covers your losses and that you will be able to afford a replacement bike in the future.
V, you sure do want alot of stuff. I recently read a book that discussed the effects of modern advertising and marketting on youth, leaving them impressionable consumers that just want, want, want and will do anything to get their hands on whatever companies wish to market. It was very interesting, very insightful.

products i see on TV advertised...
1. dynojet's power commander III. i was interested in them before along w/ an exhaust sys upgrade.
but then i saw the light that suspension should be the 1st one i upgrade. especially in my case since the like i said... i can't even set my static sag for my weight.
2. alpinestars
3. dunlop
that's all i can recall right now.

Holy crap, you guys won't believe this. Lol, i got my bike back! hahaha, thnx to the 5th precinct in NY. Apparently, some dude was driving it across the brklyn bridge with a passenger and he was weaving in and out of traffic and cut across three lanes and such. Then our friend mr. NYPD came by and stopped the dude. Yeah so he had an expired license and had no paperwork obviously so he was in for the count.
We just recovered it today and apparently the dude has been arrested several times on selling drugs and etc. He was on his way to manhattan to make a sale i believe with his chick friend and that's when they got pulled over. When the cops asked him how he obtained the bike, they received two answers. The first was taht it was lent to him from a friend then a few hours later after another set of questioning, he said he bought it for 1k. Now I guess I'm back in the business ^_^
