I ride year round....thanks to living on the left coast. I mostly ride back and forth to work. With short leisure rides...when there is time. I truely hate being in a cage by myself.....

I ride to work 5 days a week. The rest of the time I ride whenever I have to go somewhere, when I want to go somewhere and sometimes I just ride. In Ottawa conditions usually allow me to do this from March to December. Traffic, weather, city, country doesn’t really matter; all environments are an opportunity to work on some skill or another. :)

I ride more during the week 6:20 AM and 4:00PM during my commute to and from work. (Approx 5 hours a week or 300 miles ) On the weekends my husband and I spend an hour or two on Saturday and Sunday just riding the backroads and twisties her in the mountains of NC. :D

I have the tendancy to ride in the afternoon most of the year, as it is the warmest time of the day. In the middle of summer I love to go for short rides in the dark. It is more risky, but there is just something about being on the bike on a warm evening.

i usually ride in the thick of rush hour ( 7:00am) about 15 miles, then on the way back, which isnt as bad ( 4 pm) then usually after dinner as the sun goes down (7pm), though w/ winter hearing its friendly head, i am done w/ the PM ride, though i did take my MC out last night at about 730 pm and man was it cold!
It was so cold that i didnt realize howcold i was until i went inside!
