5> Does your state have a motorcycle safety course? If yes, did you take it? yes it does, no I did not take it.

Inexperience, tight curve, too much speed (did not see reduced mph sign), oncoming truck over the centerline.

Not required in Ontario, I took one and now teach it.

No.

Yes, a sedan.

4. B - occasional trips to the corner store I'll chance not seeing a cop. If I am in a state where you can ride with no helmet I might do so briefly.
5. We have the MSF course here. I did take it.
6. Had a spill once avoiding an accident.
7. Was not drining.
8. Was wearing a helmet.
9. Yes
10. A blue-hair pulling out in front of me caused the spill, that and my bad suspension. Front forks twisted and caused a high-side.

Did you take it? Yes, even though I started riding in '70.

5. to my knowledge there is no state run safety class...but there are many private companies that offer them. The answer is no. But I was taught to ride by a motorcop of 15 years experience.
6.NO......I will now knock on some wood!!!!
7. I never....NEVER drink and then ride.
