I guess I'll have to lose any semblance of common sense when I return to the States.
Oh yeah, and I won't be able to lane split either. I'm NEVER coming back

I'm not sue happy, but anyone riding my bike is going to be protected. They get one choice, do what i say, when and how i say it, or its adios.
What they do on their own equipment/time is none of my business

if they wanna ride naked through swarms of bees made of razors...none a mine.

Because the US is a joke with the judicial system. This nation is raising a bunch of chartreuse who cry if you look at them the wrong way.

Helmet, gloves and jacket is the minimum. Pants and boots would be good to have also.
I don't plan on having another rider with me but since I'm poor and don't have another set I'd probably give them the gear off my back. Just ride with helmet and gloves because I value the health of my passenger more than I do my own. I could live with myself I were to get hurt but if my passenger were to get hurt I'd spend an eternity just blaming myself and feeling terrible.
Amen. I even ride better with passenger. Oh my Jules - I said she wasnt going anywhere until she had a new lid, jacket and gloves as the ones she had were inadequate.
