My bike will sit and taunt me until April rolls around. I think mine's staying in the garage and DHS goes out back in the bike barn for storage...or vice versa. Either way, riding season will close and there will be ice and snow. No riding will be done. Instead, we will go skiing and snowboarding. I'll work on some plane modeling and hopefully finally finish the projects on my bike so its ready for the road next spring.

Well, Saturday morning it was sleeting so we didn't go on our regular weekend ride. We loaded up 3 quads and a dirt bike and headed out to the trails and had a ball!!! We have been going to this state park made for ORV's and it's great!!!!

As long as there is no ice or snow in the forecast we'll be riding all winter. I think the coldest I ever rode in was 14 degrees. With the right gear on you will be fine!!!!

Friday saw me do a 180 mile round trip in that temperature... Wearing the right gear makes a hell of a difference...

I normally just sit and talk to her in the winter and tell her of the good times that await her when the Vernal Equinox comes back our way.

It's just too damn cold here in the mornings for me. If I could go in to work at 10:00, then it may might make for a different story.

I could ride Thursday....supposed to be 72 and sunny, but I still have to get that exhaust bolt before I do some damage riding it.
