My heartfelt philosophy is with Toyuzu, but alas, I have a bit of the TV monkey always on my back. I must say though, I watch much more interesting and worthy stuff now that we have the TiVo. These are my pics:

1. What Not to Wear (and believe me, I need a lot of help in this area)
2. Third Watch
3. Aqua Teen Hunger Force (hey Buzz, it's all good in the 'hood!)
4. Independent Lens
5. Kids in the Hall
6. Air Emergency (a little show that helps to feed my fear of flying)

We weren't even going to get cable when we moved here (didn't have it in Chicago), but the cable company wasn't able to filter for just the Internet connection with Limited Tier TV (channels 1-13), thus, for $10 /month we have basic cable - legitimately too! Evil!!

Cheers,
Loonette

Ahh, TV, my constant companion.. Anyways, what I watch, if I get the chance..stupid shift work..

1- Simpsons
2- Family Guy
3- Corner Gas
4- Law and Orders and/or CSI's

I watch way too much, but the plus about having my project bike is that Im outside fiddling with the thing instead of inside rotting the brain.

Since we moved to Italy, No TV at all.

We still have everything set up for the occasional rental tho.

Not like I have any moral high ground here - I'm in front of the computer now more than ever LOL

But I have been reading more - And I would like to get a European or Multisystem TV so I can get Italian Channels to facilitate my language learning. (The the best way to learn is still to hop on the train and hit downtown Napoli !! )

I rarely ever watch TV at home anymore (broadcast, that is- I still pop in a DVD from time to time), but whenever I'm at a friend's house over night, I'll try to catch my favourite eps of...

The X-Files
The Family Guy
Sealab 2021
Aqua Teen Hunger Force (Not only do I watch it, BuzZz, I've got three seasons on DVD - And my DAD owns a DEALERSHIP  Love that one)

Just about any wildlife and or mechanical documentary is down my alley too.

Really though, the amount of time I spend watching TV is less than half an hour a week (and that's usually just the morning weather report).

Spend almost every day at work in front of tv - don't really have much say in whats on though, and there's no sound, only subtitles. - I work for a company that does repairs on Sky tv so we have to have the tv's to go through tech checks....

When at home at not playing on PS2/PC i'll be watching

Red Dwarf,
CSI
Star Trek (all apart from Enterprise)
X-files
Scrapheap Challenge/Junkyard wars/Scrappy races

Pretty much everything apart from reality TV and Chat shows (I HATE those!!)

24, Cold Case, Cops, and America's Most Wanted. 24 is just plain awesome, very good program. If you have not seen it yet, rent or buy the complete 1st season, you'll more than likely get hooked. :biker:
