Seconded, I was up at my grandparent's place in the siskiyous last summer and it was amazing. No light polution from the city, just cool crisp night air.

whats fun is when I was going to MTU we would run out of the dorms at 3am to see the AMAZING northern light show. Always colorful and beautiful. Even more amazing when your drunk off yer arse but tahts for another thread lol.
