When I worked at the GSA I took the bike in as well. 1 hour 15 minutes by metro. Or 25 minutes with free parking by motorcycle... No brainer.halouis wrote:JCS: thats some awesome advice. thanks so much.

Last time I was in chicago I saw sports bikers (morons more like it) riding in that pull over lane thingy during rush hour traffic. All I could think of is one of these days some impatient out of towner is gonna pull out and nail them. Everyone does that here, you see trucks, vans, full size to compact cars pulling through the shoulder... I always laugh when they find out there is a cop up ahead on the shoulder and they are stuck with no where to go.
