most places here in Texas it's a soda....some places people do say a "hey you wanna coke" for every kind of soft drink. But if you were to ask someone "hey, give me a pop".... you might get popped

I'm originally from Virginia.
It's SODA.
When I first came to Ohio everybody kept saying "pop" and I'm like WTF IS POP!!!!11 They looked at me funny when they had to explain it lol.
