We've been through this before, about 3-4 times after looking through your post history...
SUPERSPORTS DO NOT MAKE GOOD FIRST BIKES...
SUPERSPORTS ARE NOT GOOD FOR IN-TOWN RIDING...
It's not our fault you can't seem to listen, but with a VERY few exceptions, every one of us has recommended almost every bike out there from 250-650ccs excluding the 600cc supersports and their derivatives...
Have you ever thought of actually listening to any of this?
Maybe, just maybe, with the millions of miles of experience shared between us, we might know something...
Honestly, think about this, the Ninja 500 can accelerate to 60 MPH in under 4 seconds... How much faster do you need? Honestly I could probably get away with a Ninja 250 if I wanted one... And I'm not a small guy, 6'2" and 300 lbs... That's small by NO ONE'S definition...
My first bike was a cruiser, much slower than a supersport, but I still beat the "crumb" out of most of the riders because I learned how to actually ride the bike, not just twist the throttle and go.
After going to bike nights in my hometown of Colorado Springs, Colorado, with all of the military guys, most of them were impressed by how little of my tires were left unused, and that's because I started scraping pegs. Most sportbikers I know have larger chicken strips than I do... Because they are afraid of their bikes, because their bikes have more power than they can handle... And yes, that includes the "600cc girls bikes."
Have I ridden a supersport? Yes, in fact, I've ridden several... R6, Gixxer 600, Hayabusa...
I know how they can handle, and it's impressive, but you don't need that to start out on, and in town it's killer on most people.
I know a guy who was absolutely convinced he wanted a ZX6-R for his first bike. I managed to talk him down to a ZZR600, he thanks me every time he sees me... And no, he doesn't have any chickenstrips either...
For the 1000th time, and my thousandth post on here, GET SOMETHING SMALLER FOR A FIRST BIKE!

Also what are chicken strips, you referring to the edge of the wheel that would wear off when deep in a lean?

Hey Buckwheat,

I will be the first to tell you that most of the people on here are extremely judgemental and even rude when it concerns others riding choices....however

I will also be the first to tell you that I ride a cruiser instead of a sportsbike because I am not responsible enough to have one. Oh and I am 35.

So listen to the good advice you are getting, including that from your mom...she is right, you are nowhere near mature enough even for a 250....your attitude on here shows it.

Now run along and goto school or something.

ohhhhhhhhhh good idea king robb because what works for you must work for me you know what i'm go to school, ride a cruiser and hassle people so I can be like you the typical notorious American

Just buy a bike and shut up, and maybe you should buy a supersport for your first bike........... might saves us future writings
