NOTE: after the some of the mechs at the dealer saw my plates, they said that i should open up the oil pan and clean the pickup from the fiber shavings, and to replace the oil like 3 times every half hour, to take all that sh*t out...cause it would eventually get into the system and blow the motor
You did, but only described enough for you to understand. Other readers don't know how the hell your exhaust is routed or what your bike is built like.

And go to a farm/feed store and buy some bolts. You can purchase better grades there. May save you a bundle from a dealership.

You guys can't find grade 8 bolts at the hardware store?

Or may not e able to identify them if they were being held in hand.

Grade 5 has 3 lines on the head. Grade 8 has 6 lines.

went to a motorcycle salvage yard today n' went through their bolt box (huge box)

after roughly 15-30 minutes of searching, i found three 1-to-1 matching bolts. one said 7 on it, another said 4, and the last didn't say anything, and it looked like the OEM ones(matched color too)...so i just used the last one.

put my clutch in and took the bike for a spin, i love !it! new clutch rules!

p.s. how many miles should i wait to brake it in? in other words, how long should i wait until i start poppin wheelies?

As soon as you have enough money in your bank account to pay for another clutch.....

Clutches don't "break in". They are basically most effective out of the box, and will degrade from there. I'd make sure that everything is in there correctly before I started straining it though.

You might want to consider heavier clutch springs though, they'll increase the clamping force on the plates and hopefully get you all sorted out.

No, no no - he's asking how long it takes for them to brake in. He doesn't want to know when the friction surfaces are properly mated, he wants to know when his clutch will start providing a braking force on the motorcycle.

lol

i don't know much about clutches...but i had people tell me at i could pop slow wheelies (5mph) after just 10 or 20 miles.

but should not do any 2nd gear wheelies(30-80mph) until after the first 500 miles.

so i'm just askin around, trying to make sure i do whatever i can to properly brake it in.

I think you should put a little money away each paycheque and call it the "to fix my bike fund."
