class or permit first?

i didnt get it until someone explained to me that the shifter acts like a rachet...if that helps...it clicked immedialty when i was told that.

Oh!!! That just totaly finished it, now I get how it exactly works, kinda backwards from my dirtbike and quad...

I would take the class first. Think about this. You can get the permit, and fart around on your own, and while doing so, develop all sorts of bad habits. If you learn the correct way from the beginning, you have no bad habits to un-learn, making you, and everyone around you safer. Good luck!

Take off the left side cover, then reattach the shifter lever, run it through the gears. I know it is extreme, but I never knew what was going on in there until I did that. Until then, it was just some sort of magic.
