My DR did that, but i think it's headlight was focused a little too highGrey Thumper wrote:When leaning into a curve, the beam of your headlight points away from the curve, which can be pretty freaky if the road is poorly lit.
Do you think riding at night or day is safer?

fong we are asking about riding yer bike not driving your car (no you dont drive a bike you RIDE a bike).
Anywho I have now been on day shift for 3 months now and to be honest I feel much safer worrying about a deer running across the road at night than I do riding in the day. No one drives the speed limit everyone drives under the speed limit cept the rare few like me that like to do 5-10 over. Then they ALL wait till the last second to pull out in front of you. I have had to miss sssssooooo many more people during the day than I ever did in the last 3 years riding at night.

Was wondering the same thing recently - Day or Night
Pretty much all the accidents I've heard about around here this year have been daytime. Now; is that cuz there's more bikes & cars around during daylight hours - don't know but, it's like 90% daylight hour accidents for motorcycles around here - and there's been a lot of them this year. 4 riders killed in less than a week two weeks ago. Of those probably 75 - 80% are cars turning left not seeing bikes coming.
