You want to look at the title also to see if it's a salvage, it will say on it if it is and if you have any questions about that go to the DMV and ask, my DMV has a pic of one that hi -lited in the area where it will show up.

Write out a receipt that includes EVERYTHING his DL no, VIN no. Lic. no. day. date, time, whiteness, check engine id against the title no., your not there to make friends, if you have cash tell him you have a MO that will have to be taken to the bank, the whole idea is to CYA. Hope it works out for you.

I hope you meant witness and weren't suggesting to record his ethnicity.

Aslo this bike is a scam...no doubt...wouldn't waste the gas to check out.

Same scam; same bike was reported on another site a couple of days ago. Someone almost fell for it through ebay but backed out last minute.
I'll bet it's no longer on ebay if you look. Waste more of your time if you choose to but "do not send any money"; insured or not.

If it seems too good to be true - it probably is. And; if it was legit - it would be long gone by now.

My 2-cents....

Scam!

I found a listing on C'slist when I was bike shopping last month that was copied from Ebay and it was not the same person. So be careful. I was concerned that I would get there to look at a bike and get jumped for my cash. When I asked about the "seller" said she won the bike in a divorce settlement and just wanted fast cash, BUT I HAD to pay with paypal first....ya...right

If you stick with craigslist, keep it very local and bring a friend...
