Just read all the replies and it seems noone knows how to change the lights. Okay! I'll tell y'all.

The key to tripping the lights is knowing how the sensors are laid out. If you haven't noticed, there is a groove in the lane right behind the thick white line. It forms a rectangle starting a couple feet behind the line and going back about 10-15 feet on both sides of the lane about 2-3 feet inward of the lines. So if you've had problems with lights, stop on the left or right third of the lane and a few feet behind the line to trip the sensor, NOT in the middle and NOT in front of the line. I prefer the left side for left-turning lanes. I've alsonoticed that bigger bikes (750cc+) don't have a problem at all but mine and smaller bikes do.

So far as the magnets go, I don't know if they work or not.
