has great information about how to fix a bike. You'll do yourself a favor by trying to get a manual for the bike somewhere.

IF you looking to make it run then go for it.If you looking to make money from it walk away.On plus note the CX500's do have bulletproof motors and can go for serious miles.

I had a 78 cx500 custom back in the mid 90's i used to ride around on in college. It ran great, but wasnt that pretty. A bit better then that one though. I bought (and sold) it for $400.

just thought i'd share.
