Hmmm, those ones actually protrude further out than the rear axle spools, so they would make contact first. For now, I'm going to take a wait and see perspective on it.
At the least some of the other spools should take the weight of the bike and distribute it - instead of just that rear swingarm spool.

The threaded hole in the swingarm is really meant to put the spool in for the rear stand. It's not really meant to support a slider. Those holes are usually very small and very close to the edge hence the reason sometimes they break off the swingarm in a minor crash.

Hmmm, shoot, maybe I should take those ones out. Should've checked with the Forum before buying them. I mean - the whole idea is to protect the bike in case of a minor "fudge" up - not break a $300+ swingarm.
