Well what altitude did you move from and to? Because that could make a big difference too... If you moved from say flat Florida to hilly Colorado it'd make a huge difference with popping.
Could be as simple as swapping out a pilot jet if you changed more than 3k feet in altitude.

maybe im thinking of the grading and not the "steepness". Either way they are pretty damn steep. LIke I said steep enough that the plow trucks almost cant make it to the top during the winter.
