Boots

#21 Unread post by stupidnuk »

I actually went to the Military Surplus store and found a very nice pair of paratrooper boots. I wanted to get the same pair I had in the military (Bates Super Enforcers) but couldn't really defend the price ($360) to my girlfriend. They held up very well in my wreak, only minor damage to the left toe. They still work fine, and I wear them everyday. I went with non steel toe because I couldn't get my steel toe boots under the shift lever. But like it was stated, get a pair that is comfortable and works with your bike.

I have some old, kenneth Cole Ankle boots.....held up fine the two times I laid my bike down...

I figure finding motorcycle boots in size 12 is impposible in this country so I guess I'm gonna settle for ankle boots.

Hey, if you wanna have some fun, sneak out late at night in your bare feet and leave a trail of footprints in the mud. They'll freak, thinking it's Bigfoot.

 I already freak them out by riding.

Riding motorcycles has nearly zero appeal among the well-off folks in korea who associate it with poor delivery boys and people too poor to get a car....
The face of drivers when they see a foreigner on a bike is priceless.
