Almost 8 years of night shifts, at least I think it's 8 years, I'm losing count. I still have trouble sleeping some days, maybe it's because I don't have a set routine. I'll have to work on that...

Wow. The whole "going back to day mode" after night shift is the hardest part of this whole rigamaroll.

Maybe so SAPaul but don't forget I am a Scot too & we have been innovators all over the world.
I lived in the East Lulworth, Isle of Purbeck for 10yrs which is like stepping into a Roman Polanski film set ie 200yrs!

My house "the old post office", built about 1780 is the white one in this pic.

Cool!!!
When we moved into our house we asked the landlord if this was a new build or an old house done up (it looks brand new inside). He said, without hesitation, "oh yeah, this is a new house. Built in the '30s I think!" Mike and I giggled and replied, "Man, anything in Canada built in the '30s is old!" Kind of puts heritage in perspective...

Proves my point then, cool house though, we still live in mud huts here as you know. Any way can't talk now, have to go hunt some food, heard there were some giraffe on the way, might get some nice neck end for supper to go with the wood grubs we found earlier.
Now where is my bow and poison arrows ??
PS I heard that the Scots invented copper wire, 2 Scots fighting over a penny
