Definitely not, IMO! Boss Hoss is all about small "male part" syndrome, but at least a Triumph has class!
(Did I just say that?!?!)

Last year I saw an actual, real live Boss Hoss out on the road. Whatta barge! Rider had to splay his legs out to the max just to get his feet down at stops. He was obviously afraid to lean it more than an inch off vertical- with all that weight, can't say I blame him. So despite the power, it was a very slow bike, tip-toeing around curves. We passed him after a bit.
The Rocket isn't so extreme, but it reminds me of the same kind of thing: grotesque proportions, far wider and heavier than it needs to be.

Yeah, me too! I love being able to be totally opinionated and not have to feel bad about it...

Unlike that certain "male part" of the rider...

COOL! It's not "way bigger than it needs to be", perhaps you are way smaller than you need to be. This is Papa Bear's bike, not Baby Bear's.
I'm not fat, but I'm a large enough individual that I need some space. I like Harleys just fine, especially the Road King and other tourers, but after riding thousands of miles on those, and many thousands more on my Rocket III Touring, I would never go small again. Each time I sit on a Harley now, it feels small and cramped. My Rocket III already has "beach bars", the first change I'd make on most Harleys for comfort. It has a nice wide seat that you can shift around on, on those 400-500 mile days. It has tons of torque which I didn't have to pay thousands extra for in modifications. It has a bunch more clearance than Harley tourers, so it handles much better at speed (okay...not as good in the bar parking lot). And it's cheaper! The only thing the Harley's got over it is fuel mileage, and that evens out once you add high speeds and a headwind (which don't effect Rockets).
When most guys get on it the first time, they are somewhat intimidated, but take it on a road trip and you won't give it up.
