I think it was around 15, I know it was before I got my drivers lic. Heck, that was a long time ago, 37 years or so. :roll:

5 yrs old... on a rump 5hp minibike. ahh such fond memories...
once the throttle got stuck open and i had to ride by my dad and he grabbed me off like a football as i came by and the bike crashed in a ditch.... I love that man.... :lol: not for saving me but for fixing the return spring right there and letting me keep on riding.

I was 31 years old. And it was March 12th, 2005... the day i started the MSF class a couple weeks ago. :mrgreen:

Eighteen (1970), First thing I bought when I left home. Even then my mom threatened to burn it (overprotective). It was a used Yamaha 60 cc, street bike.
98 vtr1000, wileyco carbon fiber exhaust (loud), re-jetted carb, braided brake lines, spiegler hadlebar mod, machine polished wheels renthal sprockets up 3 teeth on rear, race tech fork springs and valves

Started when I was 20. Enough hormones to make riding seem like a good idea. Now that I'm older and smarter at 21, I know riding is a superb idea. 8)
