. well than yeah... corvette kills. but the price is still an estimate, but it will vary by dealer (duh), and most
will up the price if people still buy them and judging by the car people
will still be buying them at brices way above invoice.

I have always liked the 1937 Talbot Lago.
The first time I saw a photo of this car I fell in love with it.

The new Vette Z06, the automotive equivilent to an R1
The Z06 is a C6R with just enough stuff to make it street leagal. And detuned about 150hp. Now if only we could get the sequential tranny that the C6R has.
Oh and the C6R won the GT1 class at Le Mans this year, finally getting by the Astons toward the last few hours of the race (the astons were starting to have problems and the drivers were starting to get heat exhaustion). Both the C6R and the Aston DB9Rs were posting higher speeds in the mulsanne than the prototypes were and didn't finish that far behind the winning prototypes (due to a rules change the top LMP cars were down about 100hp).
The highest power cars in this type of racing are now the GT1 cars which average 650hp. The LMP1 prototypes usually average only 600 when not restricted (but they are a lot lighter and have way more downforce). Still nowhere near the 900hp of an F1 car or the 1000+HP of the old Group C cars but still plenty of power

that
is [/u]the new aero 8?

i ant one. the styling outweighs the performance though. 4 a car that costs 98,000 $ it's pretty s-l-o-w.

The MSRP IS above the invoice already. Besides, you can get a quote on the Chevrolet site and it'll go to a dealer and they'll sell at that price.
