what's the tube made out of? If it's plastic, you might be able to (very carefully) melt the split back together.

If it's brass-which is what I'm guessing-have it brazed.

Aluminum could prolly be fixed with JB Weld. I don't know about JB Weld and magnesium-might work too.

If it's copper-solder would work for a tiny little crack like that.
