Everyone seems to wave here...usually they wave before I do. Never had anyone not wave back.

I wave to all the bikers, don't care if they wave back or not and wave even on FWY lol. I also wave to scooter and kid if they look interested in my bike. and Now I include to wave to Honda Element since I own one and happen to be a member of Element Owner Club

I notice when you get into the big city the waving stops, probably a good thing since you do need to concentrate on what your doing.

It touch (not physically) and go about waving here doesn't seem to be any sort of common ground sometimes other Riders wave sometimes not.

I used to get bummed out if another Rider didn't wave but someone else said I'm on a Bike it's all a parade so I wave all the time because I'm having the time of my life when I'm on my Bike.

i wouldnt take a hand off for the first month or two, just too paranoid i guess.

Seems like here all the cruiser riders will do the wave, but not nearly so many of the rocketeers. Always kinda made me smile that a big gruff furball of a biker will wave at you, and a sportie wouldnt.

I was thinking no, due to the speed you were going, but if you're both going about the same speed, shouldn't the forces more or less canel themselves out and it'd feel just like a normal hand slap?

Anyone ever tried it?

i was messin around in a parking lot and a SV650s rolled in and started workin on wheelies. Then came towards me, going about 10mph we did a high five. At slow speeds going straight its not all that hard. On a highway, wouldnt recommend it

my guess is that many of the sport bike riders are doing it cause its the cool thing to do its hardcore or watever to ride a big fast sport bike and they dont give a crap about anyone else. Though maybe not.

I have noticed differently, every sportbiker i have seen has waved when they have a chance to do so, however very few cruisers and such have waved when they pass
