I ride a 250 so based in myself and my bike i would have to agree with those saying that it is inversely related.

I've had bikes from 50cc to 1200cc at various times, so what can be concluded from that? If I go swimming in an Alberta lake, do I have to ride home on a Triumph Rocket III?

About 7 years ago I overheard my g/f of the time describe me to her mother as 'nothing but c*ck and ribs'.... I can live with that. 8)
