Aside from local dialect, they also have a distinct accent quite different from us on the west coast.

You also have way better ummm...herbs...out there... although screetch is better..its like rum, mixed with rum...and then ya kiss the cod.

but as was mentioned, I doubt you'll find any nicer people then east coasters.
