A year from now and the pain and embarresment will have gone and you will joke about it. You walked away didn't you. Stop bitchin and just move on. Fix the bike and tick the list that you will not do that one again. We all know what it feels like and empathise. Glad you did not get seriously hurt.

glad you are okay, bike can be replace but not you. Now you know why low speed pratice is needed.
Please get in touch with Jeff or VM for next skillz days. They always include panic braking / smotth stop on every skillz day which can save your butt some day. LMK if you need any help or maybe you can join this group

Labour is usually $60-70/hr. Can you wrench it yourself? You should be able to replace the shift lever on your own.
