ChopperCharles: Right On with the V65 being your main ride, I sure miss my V65, rode it to mexico and back, and all over the place...

Current bikes:
Yamaha XTZ660 (1999-now.) Steady old plodder with grunt.
Kawasaki ZZR1100 C/1 (1999-now.) Quick enough, comfortable and stable.
Previous bikes.
Puch MS50D (MOPED) (1976-1978.) Learned to fall off a bike with style.
Suzuki T200 Invader (1977.) Ah the smoke!
Honda CD175 (1977-1978.) Learned how to hurt myself badly.
Honda CB250T Dream. (1978-1980.) Learned how to fix rattles.
Triumph T120 Bonnie (1980.) Lost more oil than the Exxon Valdez. Nice!
Ducati 900Super Sport(SS) (1980-1985.) Learned how to ride properly.
Suzuki GT250 (1986.) Barely rode it.
Honda CB400/4 (1986.) Too small for me but nice bike.
Moto Guzzi Le Mans MkI (1987.) Not quite as good as the Duke.
BMW R80RT (1987.) Learned to ride like a Police Officer.
BMW R65RT (1987-1989.) Hatefully underpowered Police bike.
BMW R100RS (1990.) Stable, fast and comfortable.
Yamaha SR500 (1998-2000.) 20 yrs old bike but loads of character.
Honda CBR1000FJ (2005.) Not as good as ZZR but comfy.
Kawasaki ER500 (2005.) Nice little bike. Cheap to run.
Honda CB250N Super Dream (2005.) Not as good as the Dream, one too many gears!

1979 Yamaha XS750 Special
PAST BIKES:
1966 Suzuki 55cc - 2 stroke. pre moped, early Japanese years. Probably the best bike I've ever owned.
1973 Honda CL350 - The worst of both worlds. Decide which you want, on or off road, and do it right the first time.
1971 BSA Goldstar 500. Totally unusable junk. Got one ride out of it before selling it for scrap with only 4,000 miles on it. I mean come on, a 500cc single with no electric start!
1982 Honda Nighthawk 450. A vastly underrated machine. Probably will be running into the next millenium.

I forgot:
1975 Kawasaki 125 - great for just buzzing around town on next to no gas.
1971 Suzuki 500 - an incredible 3 cylinder, oil burning rocket. Short on frills, long on panache.

From North Carolina...This is a very good web site with a lot of information. The web has truely made the world a smaller place. I purchased my 2003 V-rod about two and half years ago and have had a blast with it. I enjoy modifing, riding and tuning my bike. You have a lot of different people here from different backgrounds but we all enjoy the ride.
