What kind of pickles?
People say I'm stupid and apathetic. I don't know what that means, and I don't care.

Mmm pickles.

So far today I have unloaded 2800lbs of shingles with a F@%@ING HOE!!
I will never do that again. NEVER I SAY!! Never. Work smarter not harder right? Not if you do things with my grandfather. I say "Hey, pull the truck up, put it in reverse and slam on the brakes, it'll throw a bunch of that stuff out."

"No, we can pull it all out."

"Mmhmm ok."

An hour later.

"OK we got most of the weight out of the front of the trailer lets unhook it and tip the trailer back."

"No, we don't lack much now."

"Mmmm alright."

45 minutes later.

"Whew finally done. Lets go to the store on the way home so I can get a bottle of water."

"You can wait until we get home can't you?"

silence....

"sure"

Bah! I love my grandfather but he is an "O Ring" if something is not directly affecting him.

Ok I'm done ranting now.
Love ya papaw

EDIT: oh, and today i worked. nothing spectacular, just went to work. the spectacular part was completely unrelated: my hip didn't hurt today. well, it didn't bother me near as much as it usually does and nowhere near as much as it did yesterday. yesterday it hurt to walk, sit, or stand. today i was able to sit without having to adjust almost all morning while i muddled my way through the drudgery that passes for research these days.

just wish they'd put a new hip in me and be done with it. stupid osteonecrosis.
Suzuki GS500... Did my courses on that one so I'm going in known terrain...

We are already tomorrow... It's 30C, humid and hot... ATGATT ATGATT ATGATT... Will keep this in mind when I'll have my pants and coat on... But that buffer to clean my skin scares the sh** out of me if I happened to ever fall down. So ATGATT and I'll bring plenty of water.

And have FUN !

I can't eat, I'm too excited, I feel like a kid on Christmas' eve, about to unfold his gifts... Only that mine will only last so long. Maybe I should run away with the bike *grins* After all, one afternoon sure ain't enough and 150$ for only the afternoon is almost stealing...

ATGATT...

See you on the other side people :D

I retrieved my motorcycle from the shop today. It has a new tube, plug in the tire, back off light installed and a long overdue swingarm service.
I think they adjusted the brakes, too....they feel different, but good. That was a freebie...
The nail that was in the rear tire was 3 inches long....but it went in sideways so the tire is still ok.....I asked them to replace the tube since the wheel and tire had to come off anyway.

went to a small (8 people) car meet in VT. Good times. Ate chinese food until full. Now I just want to sleep instead of go to work.

I de-re-tarded my GSXR today. Now it's just a moron instead of a re-tard.
(motherf*cken nanny-bot... re-tard is a f*cken valid engineering term. Political Correctness is NOT. It is nothing like 'correct' and 'politics' have been corrupt since inception of the practice. .... but I digress.....)

I bought a secondhand but unused TRE from a guy down the road from me. Paid him $100 in real money instead of $170+shipping in fantasy bucks them Mericans want, plus the 2-3 weeks waiting for it to show up. (he said it cost him $260 last year to get it in his hand)
Yaaaa for throwing one into Unca Sam!
No Witnesses.... :shifty:
