I agree as well. I think this highway/city data may be less important to motorcyclists than to car drivers really. TMW has been collecting that data over the years but I'm questioning if it's really important enough to keep collecting. Since this is user data I can't imagine riders are keeping seperate log books for city and highway. Sure the Gov't can find it out (via manufacturer test fleets) but the individual...?

I am in the process of doing Version 3.0 now.

PLEASE GO THROUGH YOUR MOTORCYCLE MAGAZINES and ADD YOUR PERSONAL DATA.

If I could get more MPG / L/100km motorcycle data that would be EXTREMELY helpful.

PLEASE add your motorcycle data below or MPG data you have found in the following EASY format:

YEAR:
MAKE:
MODEL:

Average Fuel Economy: (US MPG and/or L/100km)
Source: (Personal, Manufacturer, Magazine)

You can use our new: Online Fuel Economy converter guide to convert MPG to L/100km or L/100km to MPG here: http://www.totalmotorcycle.com/converte ... verter.htm

Thank you!

Mike

As I am working on getting the new sections up, here is a preview of the new cover for version 3!

Incase you are wondering, that photo was taken by me in Alberta, Canada and that's my V-Strom infront of the oil pump-jack. (2008 photo). The gas prices are from a Shell gas station sign in the USA at the height of the oil price ($147/bbl) crisis.
