Let's see I went out and bought a new textile jacket. It's a Fieldsheer Tourtemp. It's very nice and the zip-out lining is also a jacket. I took the Connie out for a ride. There was construction on all of my favorite roads.

Then I went to work.
I almost forgot, I finished the single player for COD World at War. Now I'm killin' zombies.

had to go get my bike started cause wife went down on some gravel going to fast.... Shes fine nothing wrong with her but it was dark so with what little I could see about $900 in damage. Had to charge the battery to get it started.

Glad to hear she alright, treat her good...
I'm guessing that the bike is mostly just cosmetic damage???

Looks to be. Smashed in the bottom Jardine exhaust pipe and ripped all the crome off, smashed the highway bar and ripped all the crome off, snapped the windshield in 2 pieces (cost me $10 for the windshield so no big loss there), and the rear peg got scratched. but since it was quite dark thats all I could see for sure.

Youch. I'm glad to hear it's not too serious.

After work I rode to the garden shop. I bought a lot of bulbs and plant food ..... they fit nicely into my Tourmaster sissy bar bag.
I also gave Beavis or Butthead a less than polite gesture when he pulled up beside me and started yapping at me because I waved at him to keep his distance.
It was rush hour, after all....bumper to bumper traffic...where the heck did he figure on going so fast?
I have a right to not tailgate and also to not be tailgated.
