How many times is the defendant allowed to pull that stunt without some kind of penalty?

Twice I think. He sure did not help his case by not being there.

I, on the other hand, was a picture of respectability.

Broke a bottle of pure hot sauce and it got all over my arms and seeped through my shirt burning my stomach. It wasn't those weak hot sauces either, one of those pure blend of different peppers with the name After Death or Mega Death.

Washing it off with soap didn't help and made things worse as my arms and stomach were burning all night long and I was not about to bathe in milk or vegetable oil.

Now I have myself some nice hives on my arms and I scratched an itch spreading the burning sensation elsewhere :|

My eyes are still watering too since I can still smell it...

Too late, I spent the night burning and then made things worse by going to the can... which meant much more burning agony and less sleeping.

Some idiot put the bottle close to the edge in the cabinet and I opened it in which the bottle (lid really loose) fell over, caught it then it started burning and then I dropped the bottle on the counter shattering it and got more of it on my clothes which didn't help because it seeped through.

If it burned that badly just imagine how hot it is when eating it.

I still have the burning sensation... and right arm is full of hives that now itch and burn.

Oh, and any finger food I eat becomes spicy because for some reason the residue is still on my skin even after washing it off twice.

Yesterday I got the Concours out and went riding. I took K-5 out to Leavenworth, then MO-92 across the Missouri river so I could catch MO-45 north through Weston, Itan, and Rushville. In Rushville I saw the little bike shop sign again so I followed the signs and found a small shop ran by a friend I haven't seen in 10 years or so. We sat around and caught up on life news and had a good time. All to soon I headed out again going east on MO-116 to the junction with US-169, were I turn south. I turn west when I get back to MO-92 and ride to Platte City.I catch I-435 there and blast south back to Kansas. I stopped at Go Chicken Go and got some diner and headed on in.

Woke up, checked email, fought with the HR manager at work, logged onto here and surfed, going for a ride soon and then joining a few friends for a poker night.
