Expanded the shed in my back yard.
Not pictured was two weeks of shoveling, pickaxing and digging fun to get the foundation sorted.
We've got an insulated and, by this weekend, totally drywalled shed with lights and outlets.
Take that, nanny state!
Sorry to hear about that. I'm still sore about the FDA banning cloves nationwide. Nice shed though!

Clove cigarettes, smelled better than the real thing for second hand but were apparently more hazardous than regular cigarettes.

The FDA ban of cloves was more of a power play by big American tobacco. They saw the products as infringing on their business of selling nasty-smelling tobacco to the masses, so they encouraged the ban of them.

I wish all smoking things were banned. (in public)
I wokred hard at the union office today.
Yesterday MVT broke off talks and the VP hightailed it back to California.
They were heard as saying that winter is coming; we have deep pockets; they will give in.....
Dumb guy from a warm place...
We are Canadian....we all own toques and mitts.
We have found some very interesting and suspicious details....Tom Penrdergrast, The CEO who came here from NY 14 months ago, has suddenly resigned and gone back to NY to take over some transportation system there.
We found out that he and MVT had some side contract....
Well...14 months...he got his $$$ and took off....
Why oh why does the TransLink board keep hiring these losers? (rhetorical question)
Last night I went night riding with a group of people. 6 of us rode for a few hours all around the city and through the park and by the beaches....
Of course today we have heavy rains and extremely high winds....we enver know from one day to the next what it will be like.

My computer has been and still is not working so here is an update of recent going ons round here.
Computer broke
brother is being a big crazy donkey (again)
My son's dirt bike got stolen.
The investigator won't tell me "poo poo". (because he doesn't know "poo poo" )
Son's birthday is coming up soon, have to prepare for a party. (not my idea of fun)
Met a party chimney sweep.
Said party chimney sweep decided not to clean my chimney after he realized i was unimpressed by his plans to put flame throwers on his truck and drive through, and I quote, " N I G G E R town", and shoot people with his flame thrower truck.
Have I slipped into another dimension?
Do these people actually exist still? Stealing stuff from children? Going around dressed in black army fatigues and boots with your shaved head and talking to strangers about your stupid racists plans?
WTF is going on here?
Can I come home soon? This place I have fallen into is a little scary.

That is a little scary for a new dimension FireGuzzi.
Hope you get back to our dimension soon!
On another note, I just had a bluejay fly into the window I'm sitting in front of. That is all.

they should move in the direction of banning all cigarettes. I wouldnt even be opposed to them banning all alcohol and yes I occasionally drink. I couldnt care less if they banned it though.
