I cooked a turkey and took it to the union Christmas dinner.

Then took some food to the folks on the picket line.

I got to spend the day with my family, opened presents, stuffed my face full of food and drank wine. Life is good!!!

.....rode to the grocery store and bought too much, called a cab to bring it home....then spotting a couple of abandoned shopping carts not to far from home and thinking one of those would do the trick in the elevator instead of lumping bags in and out, towed one back to my place using my bungie cargo net as a tow rope....worked a treat....now I have a full pantry and a safeway shopping cart in my living room.

did 65mph on a 70mph highway passing people the full 2 hours I was on the road. It had only snowed 4" and these people act like it was a blizzard or something. Some of them I could see going 40mph like my mom who was in her smart two four.
