put on a pair of good headphones and turn on your favorite music, then put on your helmet and go for a ride. does the trick every time.

Unfortunately, riding is not a possibility here yet... this time of year is often mucho stressful because we are denied our bikes. Tends to amplify life's normal annoyances even more....
Hang in there Tgirl. Milk Pail Kitty will git his azz fired and be back home soon. That'll cheer you up.

Yeah, that's why I took a small ride through the olympic city of Vancouver the other day.
I thought it would be fun to ride by some of the "Winter Olympics" venues on two wheels...
Took this shot last Fri while walking around downtown with my sister...

If only I could go for a nice evening ride.
Now I am more depressed. Milk Pail Kitty up and left me, March is coming, which means more nasty weather. Usually a good blizzard...Damn, I need cheering up. I got the loooooooooonggg winter blues.

skipped lunch at work to cut out an hour early and hopefully catch the tail end of a barbeque. missed it completely, so instead just rode around town for a bit taking in the sights and debating whether to get the chaps on for a quick ride up the mountain or not. ended up spending so much time just cruising around that it was a "or not" because i started getting tired.
always tomorrow, though.

And they Yanks are going to get a spankin'
Canada 4 US 3 possibly in overtime or a shootout.
I will say that the US has one hell of a goaltender.
