School starts Sept 28th. I'm headed WAY North to Fairview where I'll be taking motorcycle mechanics at the local NAIT.

In other news, my friend Malice recently taught me this.
Malice wrote:First, if you are not already using

Second, install Grease

script we install next will automatically re-format the website to not
include specific user's posts.

Third, go to this
website and install the script with the instructions that have already
been created for us.

Once installed, each user will have a little [X] next to their name.
Simply click the [X] and that user ceases to be. Enjoy your browsing
experience, and thank me later.
Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.

Well being the lazy bum that I am, I never really got around to posting my pics from my Vancouver trip, so here they are. Enjoy!

My hosts Russ and Joc

Blues2Cruise and Dr_Bar took me up to Whistler on the Sea to Sky Highway

Where is Blue2Cruise?

Image
It was suggested I go with these guys instead, they looked a little faster. I declined on the grounds I wanted to survive the ride.

What the Heck is this thing??

Old lumber mill across the cove, you had to take a ferry to get there.

Old old beemer we ran into

Stopping for Gas

I had a BLAST with TMW Vancouver ;) I'd love to go back sometime, or have you guys visit up here *hint hint* Maybe next summer ;) I also learned all kinds of neat things, like I should keep my old engine oil and store it in a spray bottle, then spray it over my shoulder onto the windshield of a tailgater...

Later Russ and I retraced the same path to get to Kamloops the LONG way. What an amazing ride, I wish I could do it more often. We totally got stuck in traffic on the way to Whistler:

We made it to Hinto Safely, where some guy leaned out of a truck window and started yelling at us HEY HEY and slapping one hand down onto the back of his other hand repeatedly.

We pulled over and it turned out Russ had a flat, we got it repaired for $200 and a cup of coffee, pushed right to the front of the line. I took pictures.

Push onwards:

I have no idea where I am!

Quick break, almost time to sleep

The next day I pushed on alone from Kamloops to Edmonton in a single go, I stopped 3 times for gas, and once here for lunch. I don't remember much about the food, I was pretty uninterested in it.

I may be late to the party, but happy birthday. :)

How are you liking the flyscreen on the ol' '99?

I don't really like how it looks, but it works really well. I'm not planning on taking it off.

LoL, you should see the other side of my tire . The right side looks pretty wide to me.

I really liked the cliff bolting, made me feel safer going around the corners, like I wouldn't suddenly find a bunch of big rocks in the way.
