So yesterday my sister pops around with one of her riding partners. I was downstairs so I didn't see them pull up, but when I ask the guy what he rode, I figured he had to be lying and literally ran outside to check it out. Dude has an actual Yamaha GTS1000.
Things were super rare even when they were first sold!
Check out that front end!
Heavy bikes, but worth it IMO when bumps in corners don't mess with you and you can brake through a corner with very little to worry about...

Wow thats awesome. That is the bike that was on the front cover of our Motorcycle service tech textbook. Very neat front end. Could you imagine that front end on a vfr with the single sided rear swing arm? That would be cool.

I rode to work this morning...not much traffic, sunshine, green lights....

HAHA nice, yes it is! And no we didn't have any devils as handsome as you there! (Did have a very very good looking gal that rode a Ducati 999 though... haha)

Nope, not a Ducati. She rode a late 70's CB with clubman bars. She was a stripper.

We need to get our Ducati girl and your CB girl together, now that'd be magical!
On an unrelated note I signed up today for an HD test ride of the VRod Muscle. Also gonna try for an ElectraGlide and a SuperGlide. Give them a fair shot and figure out what it's all about...
