So a duck walks into a bar and says,

"Hey BuzZz buy Sev a new bike!!!"
See, told you your jokes weren't funny. Buy you a bike? After the degrading and humiliating things I went through to buy mine? Ha! That reminds me, I came up a little short on my bike money, and I knew you'd want to help, so when Fanz and Helmut show up at your door, just put on the leather shorts with the tassles they give you, close your eyes, and go to your 'happy place'. It will be over soon.... 30-40 minutes at most.....

And thanx, eh.

They showed up last night, but I explained the misunderstanding to them. Being that I had neither a bike nor a pair of leather shorts with tassles they were inclined to agree. The elderly gentleman standing behind me with a loaded shotgun may have helped me to properly explain my point. That being said I promptly pointed them in the direction of your house and indicated that they could literally get whatever they wanted from you, should they happen to find a FJ-1200 in the driveway and take possesion of it.

I would normally suggest you start learn to find your "happy-place" as you so kindly put it. But I think it'd be a little funnier if you didn't. As it stands I've been offered your bike as recompense for being the facilitator to this particular transaction. I got a bike, you got the bone, and they got to bone. Life is good.

Hey Sev... those z750's are righteous... Good power and handling and can be outfitted for distance riding. Have you looked at V-stroms? You may find the ergos to be a little better and it has the potential to do just about every type of riding you'd want... Just a thought.

Oh yeah... I don't recall if I said this yet or not, but I'm sorry to hear about your wreck. That always sucks... I'm glad you made it through without any serious (life threatening) injuries!

But you forget, Skooter.... I'm armed to the teeth and mentally unstable, why do you think Franz and Helmut were so happy to out of my presence and looking for you?

But I'm glad you worked it out with the 2 boys, I completed my deal with them and I know they ain't coming back. They saw me shoot my own dog for sniffing the tire, and I loved her. That was when they suggested alternate arrangements be made and your name came up......

I would keep that old man with his gun close to hand for a few days... just incase..... them Germans is tricky.... ask Poland.

Friendship was never an issue, she's hurt herself worse falling off the combine at her grandparents farm. :D And I have a new bike to replace the one I just sold. That's right, I sold mine, and for $200 more then I was hoping for.

Congrats on all accounts then (except the painful ones).

Wow! I just got done reading about your crash. I've had road burn before, and I know how painful and stubborn it can be to heal. I used this stuff called Silvadene (sp?), and it helped the healing process quite nicely. I got a kick out of watching the two sections of skin slowly grow back towards each other. Anyway... glad you're on the mend. Just one more experience for yourself - glad it wasn't any worse. Take care!

Cheers,
Loonette
