That Hyosung is looking really nice. Power doesn't matter much to me. I'm a total n00b (only bike I've ever rode was a Honda Trail 70. About 1/4 HP at best) so as long as I can cruise at 55-65 and have enough left to pass slower traffic I'm fine.
The Hyosung will definitely do that, and it will inspire confidence at the same time. I'm really glad I started on my 250. Now I'm actually looking to pick up a comet for a track-only bike... they are cheap enough, and 250cc track days would be really really fun!!

I've been inspired.

I WANT IT! Seriously, I think I'll build me something like that. It'll be a while before I can ride anyway so I might as well use the time to build something unique.

If you are going that route, any CB bike should do! A lot of people do CB350 or CB550 cafe racers. There are a lot of older bikes that are perfect for such a project.

I've always loved the cafe racer look. Hell, I used to screw with the handlebars of that Trail 70 until they were down low like clip-ons and ride around like that.

Hrm... this raises so many questions that I'm thinking it's new thread time.

If you can find one, the Yamaha SRX 250 is an excellent motorcycle.

It was my first bike and I still love it.

right now my brother has it and is customizing it......

Is there a link where you can purchase this bike (hyosung) in california?

Is there a dealer in the bay area where you pick up this bike?

Im very interesting now in this motorcycle.

Thanks for any kind of info you can provide.
