Err...at least all the ones I know get offended when they get called asian....

It's cool they don't teach geography in schools very well any more. No one considers Russians Asian, even though a large part of their country is in Asia. Same with the Middle-Eastern countries and South Asian countries. I'm not sure how Oriental and Asian came to be one and the same, but now I think we're not supposed to even say Oriental.

Who knows, who cares. The continental divisions are rather silly and make little to no sense.

"Oriental' just means "Eastern" ... What's wrong with that!?

most of us are "Occidental" westerners.

And The OP is just "Accidental" i think.
