I haven't worked for a few years, but used to wear several hats. I was a field rep in the electrical supply industry, which in my case entailed being electrical engineer, government contract specialist, and manager of customer service for major accounts. The buck stopped at my desk/cell phone. I was on call 24/7 for over 20 years via beeper and cell phone, and I can say that gets old in time.
In addition, it was also my job to sell the capital equipment I would later be involved in servicing.

In an effort to get to know each other, perhaps we could share what we do outside of riding bikes.
In particular, if you wish to join in, please post three quick things about yourself:
1. What do you do for an occupation?
2. What is the best part of your job?
3. What is the worst part of your job?
2)Getting paid
3)The Boss!!
I accept my own life as a blessing and a gift

Civil Engineer (pavements & traffic)
The best parts are the really flexible hours, decent pay and great job security. The worst is having to answer questions like: Why is the left turn signal of the traffic light on my way to work too short? & How come the asphalt on my driveway is crumbling?
